Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee our Windsor site. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS management systems and ensuring all staff follow safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional interactions with clients and work providers, ensuring accurate information is provided and recorded in the Quoting/Management system.
- Quality and Quotes: Ensure vehicles are repaired to OEM standards, employees sign QA Sheets, and final inspections meet AMA, OEM, and client expectations.
- Production Management: Oversee production targets, manage vehicle flow, and maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
- Financial Management: Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, ARC, job costings, KPIs, and management reports to ensure profitability.
- Leadership and People Management: Recruit new staff, conduct performance appraisals, and handle employee misconduct/grievances.
