We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction project in Darwin, Northern Territory.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the project within budget, time, contract, and quality requirements. This includes providing leadership and direction to site personnel, coordinating subcontractor planning, and managing project industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide leadership and direction to site personnel to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

• Coordinate subcontractor planning to ensure adherence to project completion and minimize operational conflicts

• Manage project industrial relations, including liaising with the Project Manager as required

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and Australian Standards (AS)

• Coordinate and manage site activities, including construction scheduling and constructability

• Identify, manage, and resolve issues as they arise during the project

Requirements:


• Construction/Civil trade qualified with knowledge of construction processes and health and safety procedures

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in site management or a related field

• Hold a current first aid accreditation, a current driver's license, and current police and DCSI clearance, or ability to obtain one

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand drawings and contract documents

• Competency in basic software, including Microsoft Office

• Knowledge and compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
