About the Role

This opportunity allows you to join a beloved business as an Assistant Manager and play a vital role in supporting the vibrant community.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain high standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Support with scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
