Join us as our Trade Retail Assistant and help us take something great and make it better.Your opportunityAs a Trade Retail Assistant at Lincoln Sentry, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our trade retail store front by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
Working alongside your fellow Assistants, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and National Network Manager, you'll undertake a variety of tasks, from warehousing to front-end customer sales.Here's what you'll achieveProudly represent the Lincoln Sentry Trade Network and deliver on our commitments to safety and customer service excellence.Assist in store's cost management strategies through maintaining high productivity, efficient storage, and proper protection of stored materials.Uphold high standards of housekeeping and maintenance to reflect a professional branch and warehouse appearance.Collaborate with our national teams to ensure procedures and transactions are correctly followed.Participate in creating a zero-harm work environment for our customers and team.What you'll bringA current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher.Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Although not essential, it would be great if you have A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one.Previous experience in a Trade Retail environment or similar.Most importantly, you should be committed to doing good work, working well with others, and being flexible and open-minded as we grow and evolve.Why choose us?
