Senior Sustainability Advisor

Australia Post is committed to delivering a sustainable future, and we're seeking a Senior Advisor, Sustainability Reporting to join our team.
The Group Sustainability Office acts as a centre of excellence to enhance the positive and reduce any negative social, environmental, and economic impacts of our operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, execution, and monitoring of Australia Post's internal and external sustainability reporting obligations, in line with the Enterprise Strategy and Australia Post's Sustainability Roadmap 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and analyze monthly data, monitoring and reporting on sustainability metrics, including Social Licence to operate and corporate responsibility dashboard reporting
- Develop and implement effective reporting systems and processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting and messaging
- Provide internal performance reporting to ensure commitments and targets are tracked and delivered upon
- Support the generation of insights and implement actions to drive continuous improvement in systems of reporting, data quality, and sustainability performance
- Facilitate and support external assurance activities, including supporting the basis of preparation development and governance controls
You are a sustainability reporting expert with a deep understanding of best practices and emerging trends. You have a strong analytical skillset, with experience working with complex data sets and advanced Excel skills.
You are a process-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and interests.
