**Role Summary**

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain the agent's high level of performance
  • Coordinating property listings from start to finish, including client and vendor management
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive results
  • Providing diary management support to optimize productivity
  • Attending out-of-office appointments and managing various tasks as needed
  • Project managing house preparation for sale
  • Supporting database management and stock sheet maintenance
  • Preparing agents for listing and appraisal presentations
  • Organizing open houses and auctions
  • Overseeing the exchange to settlement period between vendors, buyers, and solicitors

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • A reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • A strong work ethic and drive to succeed
