Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

• Daily mail and courier management
• Handling and resolving customer's phone and email enquiries
• Maintaining of office equipment, office supplies and stationery
• Maintaining database and updates of presentation
• Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
• Light cleaning duties
• Ad hoc administration and duties
• Some heavy lifting may be involved

For you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You have the talent in creating a good presentation and possess good communication skills. You have excellent administrative, time management, organisation skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
• Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
• Previous customer service experience highly regarded
