A Day in the Life:
- Deliver high-impact supervision to Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Visit clinics across SA to provide face-to-face coaching and mentoring (travel is part of the fun)
- Facilitate Communities of Practice and peer learning sessions to embed consistency and connection
- Work collaboratively with Team Leaders to address practice concerns and develop growth plans
- Support professional development, contribute to student placement capacity and help grow a strong team

What You Bring:
- Proven expertise in working with complex needs
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring or leading teams - or a clear drive to build those skills
- Ability to supervise across metro and regional locations (DIDO/FIFO options supported)
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed, person-centered and evidence-based approaches
- Current Driver's License, WWCC and unrestricted working rights in Australia
