
Clinical Leadership Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to take the next step in their career and lead a clinical team in delivering integrated community care to clients with complex acute and aged care needs.
The Case Coordinator will coordinate clinical and physical resources, provide direct client care, and act as a key escalation point for clinical challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve service delivery goals and uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Leadership: Lead and support a dedicated clinical team, fostering growth, competence, and emotional wellbeing
- Care Coordination: Coordinate resources to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care that meets client needs
- Clinical Expertise: Deliver hands-on clinical care and resolve complex issues with confidence and compassion
- Escalation Point: Act as a key escalation point for nurses managing client deterioration and other clinical challenges
- Communication: Drive effective communication through team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and thorough documentation
- Talent Development: Support onboarding, mentoring, and student placements to build a strong, future-ready workforce

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Experience: Minimum five years post-graduate nursing experience with demonstrated clinical leadership and resource coordination
- Key Performance Indicators: Proven ability to meet KPIs and make innovative decisions that support quality client care
- Mentoring Skills: Skilled in mentoring staff and fostering professional development
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork: Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative, evolving team
