Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering intelligent automation solutions and capabilities, resulting in improved customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and enhanced service quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in RPA platforms, including UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism. They will also possess strong coding skills, with the ability to develop robots as per the designed automation solution framework. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of RPA methodologies and hands-on experience in RPA design, development, and deployment.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and configuring automation solutions
  • Providing technical training and support
  • Ensuring compliance with design and coding standards
  • Optimizing RPA codes
  • Responsible for testing cycles
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism)
  • Strong coding skills (VB.net/Java/C#, SQL/SQL Server)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary grade 7/8, with a base salary starting at $110266 plus superannuation. The ideal candidate will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
