">The Team Lead provides leadership and support to staff and residents, modeling important work habits and setting the tone for each shift. This critical role involves advocating for residents, resolving difficult issues, responding to medical emergencies, and maintaining a safe environment.
">We seek an individual with relevant experience and skills, including knowledge of social issues related to homelessness, mental illness, and addiction. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and show initiative.
">Responsibilities

- Assist with resident support plan development and delivery of services.">
- Perform wellness checks and assist residents with daily activities.">
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with laws and legislation affecting residents.">
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations.">
- Liaise with partner agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support.">
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe environment.">
Requirements

- Diploma in a related human or social services field.">
- Minimum two years' recent experience in a similar role.">
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.">
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.">
- Knowledge of current social issues related to homelessness, mental illness, and addiction.">
