We are recruiting skilled individuals to work in a dynamic team providing mental health support services over the phone. The roles involve working across a flexible weekly roster on a casual basis.

We deliver community-based mental health services that focus on recovery and wellbeing. We work closely with people experiencing mental illness, their families and friends, and the broader community to provide responsive and effective services.
The core of our approach is to build on strengths, increase resilience, and improve mental health outcomes. Our services are developed in collaboration with participants to ensure they meet the needs of those we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Our team members play a vital role in providing real-time mental health information, navigation, and support to individuals accessing our services. They assist participants in accessing relevant information, services, and supports in a timely manner.
To excel in this role, you will need to be committed to continuous learning and self-care. You should be able to demonstrate emotional support during times of distress and have experience delivering telephone and web chat mental health support services.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in health or mental health sector and/or extensive work experience in community services.
- Ability to use lived experience of mental illness or carer of someone with mental illness.
- Demonstrated ability to provide emotional support during times of distress.
