Energy Sector Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Administrator to join our Forecasting team at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our Group Manager and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support to the Group Manager, including diary management, email triage, and travel coordination.
- Work closely with the Forecasting team to support the delivery of their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the development of our corporate plan.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support, including processing expenses, formatting correspondence, and creating purchase orders.
- Maintain team sites on SharePoint and support the team in delivering major publications.
- Relevant administrative qualifications or experience, with a strong background in a corporate environment.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
