Ultrasound Educator Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Educator to join our team in Hobart. As a key member of our Sonographer development program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of diagnostic medical imaging across Tasmania.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical teaching, oversight, and leadership for our ultrasound trainees. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact on the next generation of sonographers and help establish Radiology Tasmania as a destination workplace.

You will work closely with our current ultrasound leadership team to create a stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and excellence. Your well-developed teaching skills and leadership abilities will be essential in mentoring students from initial to final stages of scanning.

The position involves limited scanning with a predominantly supervisory role over multiple students. There is also the possibility to transition into a hybrid role combining both supervisory and scanning responsibilities if desired.
