BIM Systems Administrator Job Description

As a BIM systems administrator, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing cutting-edge BIM technologies to drive design excellence in our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust BIM common data environments, integrating solutions like Autodesk Construction Cloud and other innovative tools.
  • Design, deploy, test, and refine BIM solutions utilizing relevant technologies and expertise.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for BIM systems, ensuring seamless adoption and operation.
  • Promote and educate teams on primary design technology applications, fostering collaboration and best practices.
  • Develop technical solutions, scripts, and programs using BIM API and SDKs, such as Revit and Autodesk Platform Services.
  • Coordinate information management, metadata, and classification codes with asset databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Perform thorough BIM data quality assurance, analysis, and optimization.
  • Provide expert BIM technical support to project teams, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Establish and maintain regional BIM standards, processes, and workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train internal and external teams in BIM software, procedures, and best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
