Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Join a global engineering team to lead the electrical design of data centers across Asia Pacific. We're looking for engineers with hands-on experience in electrical design and a passion for innovation.

As an electrical engineer, you'll work closely with internal teams to understand user requirements and collaborate with other disciplines to create coordinated construction documents. You'll be responsible for leading data center electrical designs, participating in site selection reviews, and working with regional vendors to specify electrical equipment.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in electrical engineering and at least 6 years of experience in mission-critical electrical design. A Chartered Engineer or Master's degree is preferred, as well as experience with delivering fast-track design/build projects and multiple significant upgrade projects in a multi-disciplined engineering environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data center electrical designs in collaboration with other disciplines
  • Participate in site selection reviews
  • Work with regional vendors to specify electrical equipment
  • Review and approve equipment submittals
  • Define project scope and provide technical support
  • Travel to sites for site review and work with onsite field engineers

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering
