Data Center Facility Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our critical data center infrastructure.
This role will involve leading teams of engineering technicians, driving continuous improvement projects, and ensuring high-quality operations without impacting customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, and the ability to optimize operational costs while maintaining exceptional reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Change Management processes
- Coordinate with vendors
- Promote a culture of operational excellence through preventive maintenance and process improvement initiatives
- Minimum 2 years people management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of critical data center infrastructure
- Strong track record of maintaining SLAs through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
This position requires physical demands such as lifting equipment up to 20 kg and working in confined spaces. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours is essential.
