Pet Aftercare and Keepsake Preparation Coordinator Role

Our organization seeks a compassionate individual to coordinate pet aftercare and keepsake preparation services.

This role involves guiding families with empathy and professionalism, creating personalized paw prints and keepsakes, and ensuring the respectful return of ashes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and preparing digital and physical paw prints of pets
  • Preparing pets for office viewings and cremations, including washing and drying them if necessary
  • Carrying out viewing cremations and gold/platinum creations as required
  • Managing the cool room and pets on hold, liaising with client care teams on progress
  • Assisting with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries
  • Preparing pet ashes for urns, boxes, and jewelry, and finalizing preparations for clients

About this role:

  • Comfortable handling pets with care, including deceased pets
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage workload efficiently
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
