Leading Research Scientist

The Laboratory Technician role involves conducting research, testing and analysis of brick and masonry products to relevant standards. It also entails supporting collaborative research initiatives to develop market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities- Product testing and experimentation aligned with business goals is conducted by the technician.
- Research background literature is undertaken to support R&D activities.
- Maintenance of accreditations such as NATA is assisted by the technician.
- Collaborative research projects and trials are supported by the technician.
- Participation in learning and development opportunities is encouraged.
- Compliance with WHS policies and procedures is maintained.
- A Bachelor of Engineering/Science or relevant discipline is required.
- Knowledge of materials science and scientific methodology is essential.
- Familiarity with engineering/scientific terminology and standards is necessary.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team outcomes is expected.
