About the Role:

Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to Defence personnel in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver evidence-based treatments
  • Manage a caseload of clients, including those referred from external sources
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of Defence personnel
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients

About You:

  • You hold a qualification in Psychology and have experience working in mental health settings
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Defence personnel and other stakeholders
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality care to those in need
