Job Description:We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join our virtual team as EAP Counsellors, Psychologists, or Social Workers. In this role, you will engage with notable clients from both public and private sectors, broadening your professional horizons.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) and proven ability in short-term counselling. Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger is essential.
Candidates should also possess strong time management and problem-solving abilities, along with technical proficiency in IT-based case management systems. Training will be provided as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3)
- Proven ability in short-term counselling
- Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger
