Footwear Department Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our footwear department as a Footwear Department Lead. As a leader, you will support the store management team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of merchandising and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Modeling exceptional customer service skills
  • Supporting and guiding your team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
  • Actively gaining, maintaining, and sharing product knowledge
  • Supporting management in improving financial performance within your department
  • Working with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
  • Upholding company standards and delivering store visual excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to have good communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
