Electrical Department Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Lead to drive the growth and development of our electrical projects. This role will oversee all aspects of electrical projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead electrical projects to achieve goals and growth within budget
- Build a high-performing team and implement plans to achieve objectives
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with teams and departments to meet project objectives
- Oversee budgets, resources, and assigned works in progress
- Support project scheduling, procurement, and pre-construction activities
- Ensure work crews have the necessary resources to complete works safely
- Enforce compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Construction White Card
- Australian recognised trade qualification or Engineering Degree in Electrical Discipline
- WA Electrical License - Energy Safety (WA)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the electrical industry
- Previous senior leadership role in the mining/resources sector
- Proven track record in establishing frameworks and procedures
- Extensive knowledge in electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Understanding of contractual and commercial requirements
- Ability to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders
