We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate - Visual Merchandising to join our team at Williams Sonoma Inc. in Perth, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a unique and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Drive sales through strategic merchandising, leading weekly promotional and visual changes, and utilizing effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and trends.
  • Ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards.
  • Provide operational support to the store management team, performing opening and closing routines, register functions, and back-office procedures.
  • Meet personal targets and supervise and coach the team to deliver world-class service and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in visual merchandising, specialty retail, and/or homewares.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in managing others or looking to step into a leadership role.
  • Passion for homewares and design, with a love for selling and driving sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while thriving in a team environment.
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to coach team members to succeed.
