Senior Transformation Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to support SkyCity Adelaide with adopting, managing, and embedding change for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.
About the Opportunity
This 18-month Senior Transformation Manager contract will be responsible for leading change management across the program, including the planning, development, delivery, and tracking of change deliverables that will support the business with the development of a change approach that suits the needs of the business, as well as a change plan (based on situational analysis). This role will also oversee inputs to the Change Forum, provide Change Management Reporting for the Program Director across areas including change impacts, training needs, and go-live readiness, and support business teams to prepare for and adopt changes across workstreams, including:
- Managing resistance to change;
- Supporting the creation and dissemination of communication;
- Identifying, addressing, and delivering on training needs;
- Stakeholder engagement across the business;
- Analysis of operational changes and their impacts;
- Coaching and change reinforcement;
- Supporting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned exercises.
The Senior Transformation Manager will also work closely and provide support and tools for business owners to ensure that they own and drive organisational change required by the program within their business units and ensure sustainable outcomes are aligned to the broader SkyCity strategy. This role will be largely people-focused with changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
About You
You will have a strong track record of change experience particularly in managing complex change initiatives, particularly with the successful transition of people and the business from 'program' mode to BAU. Your experience will be coupled with postgraduate qualifications in Change Management (e.g PostGrad certificate in Change Management, Degree in a related field such as business, Psychology, or HR), as well as working knowledge of Change Management frameworks/models such as PROSCI, Lewin's Change Management Model, ADKAR, or Kotter's 8 Steps. Being a self-starter who can deliver independently within agreed frameworks, you will have an excellent ability to manage expectations of different stakeholders and be able to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks. You will be highly competent with leading and implementing change, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery lifecycles, and possess excellent commercial acumen and influencing skills across all levels of business. Experience supporting change focused around risk, controls frameworks, or Financial Crime is highly regarded.
