We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team at Clough Group. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on HSE procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Territory qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, balancing resources, priorities, and timescales to achieve objectives.
