Project Ceres: A Landmark Opportunity
Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. This significant undertaking will see the construction of the largest urea plant in Australia and one of the largest in the world, featuring cutting-edge sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, while providing sustained benefits to the local community through career, training, and business opportunities.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join our Project Ceres team. The successful candidate will work within the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) project team, assisting the team and the HSSE Manager with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings
- Input site authorizations, attendance sheets, and manage course closures and certificates
- Maintain HSSE records and information in various databases and programs
- Train, support, and administer the use of the company HSSE Event Database by Project personnel
- Collate and develop periodic HSSE Performance Reports and Presentations
- Coordinate HSSE training courses, workshops, and meetings for the project
- Provide administrative support to Emergency Response teams as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
- Experience in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
