About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Procurement Manager to join our team at easyA - Recruitment made easy. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, strategic, and accurate procurement advice and support for the procurement and supply of ICT solutions, goods, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Complex Procurement Projects: Undertake a job list of complex procurement projects to deliver the procurement activities of the Cloud Campus procurement and support other strategic ICT procurement activities.
  • Provide Expert Procurement Advice: Deliver high-quality, strategic, accurate, responsive advice and support for the procurement and supply of ICT solutions, goods, and services.
  • Lead by Example: Provide strong leadership and expert procurement advice on the complex Cloud Campus procurement and support other strategic ICT procurements to deliver quality project outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Apply Procurement Principles: Effectively apply procurement and contracting principles, as well as legal interpretation and application, legislative rules, policy, and governance in order to facilitate workable, defensible solutions for procurement projects.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Apply appropriate project management/delivery approaches to enable multiple concurrent projects and/or changing requirements to be effectively managed and delivered within agreed deadlines.
  • Produce High-Quality Documentation: Produce and assure high-quality documentation across the procurement lifecycle and reporting information as required.

  • Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Strong influencing, negotiation, and engagement skills, as well as experience in building and using relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Communication Skills: Strong ability to understand and develop documentation for and manage complex procurements.
  • Highly Developed Communication Skills: Highly developed communication skills (including written and oral communication skills, liaison, presentation, influencing, negotiation, and representational skills).
