**Job Opportunity:** Service Administrator

The Offender Digital Services (ODS) team delivers, supports and maintains offender digital systems. As a Service Administrator ODS, you will manage incidents and requests escalated by the business to provide high-level customer service to users.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of our products.
  • Liaise with business representatives for issue triage and resolution.
  • Provide first-line support on LMS issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Log performance issues and change requests on all online products.
  • Test and QA to ensure all online products and services meet standards.
  • Create and maintain internal and external user accounts, reports and other LMS admin duties.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Education, OS&P, Custodial Staff & Inmates.
  • Report on usage, statistics and general product analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in providing training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Experience in the use of LMS (learning management systems).
  • Extensive knowledge of inmate programs and education services.
  • An independent worker able to take initiative to achieve outcomes.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingsness to undertake independent learning.
