Temporary Accounts Payable Position

We are seeking a temporary accounts payable specialist to join our team for a 3-month period in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. As an accounts payable specialist, you will be responsible for complete accounting cycle processing, including preparation of payment runs, matching goods' receipts with purchase orders, and creating vendor master files.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and be able to start immediately or with short notice. Experience with SAP is highly regarded but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete accounting cycle processing
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Matching goods' receipts with purchase orders
  • Create and maintain vendor master files
  • Prepare vendor statement reconciliations
  • Assist with expense reimbursements
  • Company credit card reconciliations

Your Background:

  • Full-time working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Adaptable, forward-thinking, and open-minded personality
  • Experience with SAP is highly regarded
