Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement professional development plans for the team to improve capability and service delivery.
- Ensure staff members have a clear understanding of their role and what is expected of them.
- Maintain productive relationships within the team, promoting quality performance and wellbeing.
We are looking for someone with a degree-level qualification in social services, community development or a related field, and/or extensive experience working in a similar role.
You should have demonstrated experience engaging with homeless persons and be willing to assist in support areas such as homelessness, alcohol and other drug dependence, and mental health issues.
