About The Role
  • Provide legal advice and conduct contract negotiations on a wide range of commercial matters.
  • Advise on legislative and regulatory requirements impacting business operations, including real estate, property, M&A, privacy, consumer and commercial law.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies for legislative compliance.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements and tenders.
  • Assess legal risks and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal team and other business units.
  • Opportunity for mentorship from senior lawyers and the Head of Legal, Pacific Advisory.

About You
  • Qualified and admitted as a lawyer in Australia with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience.
  • Possess a practical and commercially focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proactive, responsive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively, even under tight deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in commercial law, with some property law exposure being a plus.
