Accommodation and Facilities Manager

This position is responsible for managing the Australian Signals Directorate's (ASD) accommodation, projects and facilities. The successful candidate will take an active role in both project work and business as usual activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage national accommodation to ensure smooth workflow and decision-making within defined parameters.
  • Provide on-site quality support of deliverables and services, ensuring facilities are supported in accordance with agreements and security requirements.
  • Contribute to and assist with accommodation projects including planning, design and construction.
  • Manage or contribute to the day-to-day running of a site or group of sites within a region or community precinct.
  • Assist with major projects including planning, design and construction.

The ideal candidate will possess detail-oriented skills, strategic thinking, communication, building and maintaining professional relationships, data analysis, discretion and sound judgment.
