**Retail Sales Representative Wanted**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Casual Retail Salesperson.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a well-presented store environment. You will play a pivotal role in promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers warmly, assist them with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively promote products and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain the store's visual standards, organize displays, and restock merchandise to create an appealing shopping experience.
- **Point of Sale Operations**: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock on the shop floor, and participate in stocktaking activities as required.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and operational guidelines.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

**Working Arrangements**:

This position is casual, offering flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
