Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring memorable and meaningful interactions with customers
  • Offer expert advice on pet care, products, and services, driving sales growth and increasing customer loyalty
  • Work effectively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a similar retail environment, preferably with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
