The Meat Processing Team is seeking an experienced Meat Processor to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the production floor, you will be responsible for processing and packaging meat products with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting open cartons of meat and transferring them into trolleys.
  • Weighing and vacuum-sealing raw meat products with our sauces.
  • Packing product onto trays and loading them onto cooking cages.
  • Pushing/pulling trolleys and cages as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace through general cleaning and housekeeping.
  • Adhering to all HACCP and WH&S Policies to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.

About You:

">
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg and performing pushing/pulling tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from 1-5°C.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to contributing to the team's success.
  • Previous meat processing experience is highly desirable.
  • Able to provide two professional references (previous managers/supervisors only).
