Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic Two-Wheeler and Powersports Department at Bosch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from incubation to industrialization, working on innovative technology projects, and collaborating with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall project responsibility, including technical, cost, time, and quality aspects to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinating all development activities across project components.
  • Interfacing with customers for technical issues.
  • Leading and liaising with sub-project managers, providing regular project status updates.
  • Ensuring system, software, hardware development, integration, testing, and release according to defined project delivery dates and quality standards.
  • Acquiring new Two-Wheeler business.
  • Participating in global teleconferences.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in Software, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, or equivalent qualification.
  • PMP or equivalent qualification.
  • Driver's license.
  • Significant experience as an engineer in Automotive and/or Electronics Product development environment.
  • Extensive experience and a proven track record in managing Automotive or equivalent Projects.
  • Extensive experience in the development of embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated risk management experience.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across different countries and regions.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, collaborative mindset, intercultural competence, results-oriented.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Strong emotional Intelligence.
  • Strong interest in technology and its opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR os &/or product development experience.
  • Motorbike license desirable.
