Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Innovation Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic Two-Wheeler and Power-Sports Department. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from incubation through to industrialization, working on innovative technology projects, and collaborating with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall project responsibility including technical (cost, time, and quality) to ensure profitability
  • Coordinating all development activities across all project components
  • Interfacing with the customer for all technical issues
  • Leading and liaising with sub-project managers providing regular project status updates
  • Ensuring system, software, hardware development, integration, testing and release according to defined project delivery dates and quality standards
  • Undertaking activities to acquire new Two-Wheeler business
  • Participating in global teleconferences (including but not limited to Germany, Japan, and North America)

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree in Software, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical or equivalent qualification
  • PMP or equivalent qualification
  • Driver's license
  • Significant experience as an engineer in Automotive and/or an Electronics Product development environment
  • Extensive experience and a proven track record in managing Automotive or equivalent Projects
  • Extensive experience in the development of embedded systems
  • Demonstrated risk management experience
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across different countries and regions
  • Attention to detail, problem solving, collaborative mindset, intercultural competence, results-oriented
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
  • Strong emotional Intelligence
  • Strong interest in technology and its opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
