Early Learning Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Educator to join our team at Rainbow Cottage Occasional Care Child Care Centre on a casual basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and education to children in our centre, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with room leaders to develop and implement engaging learning programs that foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

You will also be responsible for participating in the daily running of the centre, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and fostering positive relationships with families and children.

  • Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum)
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and ELYF
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
