Imaging Specialist

The Imaging Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This position is responsible for pre-screening patients, maintaining aseptic injection techniques, and overseeing remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Screening: Thoroughly evaluating patient medical histories to identify potential contraindications for MR studies.
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Operating multiple MR systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images that meet radiologist requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively collaborating with customers, radiologists, and team members to address concerns, resolve problems, and manage conflict.
  • Training: Providing comprehensive training to new technologists, patient coordinators, and MR technologist assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • ARRT (R) or ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Registration.
  • State License (if applicable).
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid State Driver's License (if applicable).
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong Organizational and Multi-Tasking Abilities.
  • Basic Computer Application Knowledge.
