What you will need to succeed

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (community services or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in case management
  • The ability to independently manage a client caseload
  • An aptitude for working with culturally diverse communities facing social and economic challenges
  • Demonstrated professional practice in accordance with State legislation and relevant standards
  • A proven ability to build connections with diverse community leaders
  • The capacity to provide written and verbal consultation, advice, and support to key stakeholders, balancing safety and confidentiality
  • The ability to develop and run consultations with diverse and vulnerable communities
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • A current driver's licence and regular access to a car
  • Proficiency in Arabic is desirable
