Physical Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Forster, Taree and surrounding areas. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.

About the Role

The Role Delivers

Key Responsibilities
  • A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients within the community
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings
  • Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models
  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work
  • Commitment to understanding and upholding our organisational values through professional interactions
  • Possess a valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance
