Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet their unique needs.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to care staff while promoting high standards of professional care. Your expertise in planning and implementing care will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing care in accordance with resident care plans.
- Providing exceptional communication skills and responding effectively in emergency situations.
- Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet objectives and timelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 2 years post-basic nursing experience.
- Experience in a clinical leadership role.
