Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Knowledge Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in capturing, structuring, and sharing knowledge across the organization to improve decision-making, enhance workflow efficiency, and foster a learning culture.

The team is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and administrative services for doctors and clients, including financial administration, payroll recordkeeping, reporting, accounts payable, and receivable tasks.

The ideal location is Gold Coast, with flexible work arrangements. The key responsibilities include:

  • Capture and codify knowledge by interviewing subject matter experts and creating comprehensive guides, manuals, and white papers to preserve critical institutional knowledge.
  • Design and maintain systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving knowledge to ensure accessibility and relevance.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, knowledge hubs, and internal communication strategies.
  • Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Improve workflow efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing redundancies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma of Payroll Services or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, information science, or organizational development
  • Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and tools
  • Experience in the Australian medical recruitment industry (desirable)

The required skills include:

  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and practices
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
