Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in stock management, store presentation, and product storytelling. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers, adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Store Inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that products are presented attractively and efficiently.

  • Maintain a Safe and Enjoyable Environment: Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
