Co-host for Holiday Rentals

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled co-host to join our team in the holiday rental industry. This role involves working with property owners and guests to ensure a seamless experience.

Duties:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from various communication channels.
  • Utilize previous co-hosting experience to enhance service delivery and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Educate clients on policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Schedule property inspections, meetings, and key handovers.
  • Engage in cold calling to attract new clients or partners.
  • Update and clean up databases regularly.
  • Create and send rental applications and agreements.
  • Follow up with clients via message or email to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Arrange maintenance checks and follow up accordingly.
  • Edit and manage property listings on online platforms.
  • Send payment reminders and pursue outstanding payments.
  • Perform additional co-host duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in the holiday rental industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, database management, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to be fully available and highly responsive during work hours.
