Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Operator to join our team in our Caloundra branch. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, producing goods, preparing and building loads, and ensuring quality inspection and tagging. You will receive thorough training and support to learn all aspects of the Operator role and future career development opportunities within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload goods and materials safely and accurately, ensuring receipt documentation is correct.
  • Operate machinery, plant, and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Produce manufactured goods in accordance with specifications.
  • Pick and pack sales orders in accordance with order requirements, company procedures, and nominated work plan.
  • Conduct pre-start checks on plant, equipment, and machinery before use.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure a productive, cost-effective, and safe worksite.
  • Load vehicles safely within Safe Loading Guidelines and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
  • Complete relevant documentation correctly and accurately.

  • Forklift license and gantry crane experience highly desired.
