Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of containers, ensuring timely delivery and collection.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Container Coordination: Plan export containers with the fleet to ensure delivery before cut-off time.
  • Loading and Unloading: Book slots and plan IMPORT collections to drop off at parks.
  • Slot Management: Book empty slots in 1-Stop Modal for trucks to collect and drop MTs.
  • Daily Communication: Liaise with drivers daily to ensure correct execution of tasks.
  • Smooth Operation: Liaise with yard supervisors for smooth operation.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with Clients on plans.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a transport-related role.
  • Must know and understand Chain of Responsibility.
  • Familiarity with 1-Stop and Wave operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Import and Export requirements at the port.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
