Job Description

We currently have a great opportunity for a Transports & Logistics coordinator to join our team on a part time basis. This is a great role offering loads of variety which will see you supporting both the Kent Street and metro clinics with critical logistics. Your scope of duties will include;

• Coordinating transports and logistics across all Genea (not including blood samples)
• Ad hoc requests of shipments for different departments
• Consent form completion for shipment
• Liaising with external donor banks regarding shipment of donor material
• Liaising with patients regarding shipment of their sperm, eggs and embryos
• Liaising with shipping companies to ensure safe and effective delivery of materials
  
  

Qualifications

This role is perfect for a strong administrator looking for a new challenge, in a role that offers development and autonomy. Ideally you will have;

• High degree of autonomy required
• Excellent patient phone and email manner
• Detail oriented
• Relevant experience in a logistics or admin role beneficial
