Nursing Service Manager

**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Foster open communication and build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in nursing management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
